Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Assistant Manager (Safety): B.E./B.Tech in Engineering (full-time) along with PG Degree or Diploma in Industrial Safety.
• Junior Engineer Associate (Boiler Operation): Matriculation with a Diploma in relevant engineering discipline.

Age Limit

• Minimum: 18 years
• Maximum: 30 years as on 26.10.2025
• Relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per Government of India rules.

Salary

• Assistant Manager (Safety): E1 Grade (IDA pay scale as per SAIL norms)
• Junior Engineer Associate (Boiler Operation): S3 Grade (IDA pay scale as per SAIL norms)
