Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must possess the prescribed educational qualification and relevant post-qualification experience.
Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office are mandatory for all posts.
Relevant banking, legal, marketing, estate management, graphic design, or stenography experience is required depending on the post.
The Board of Directors reserves the right to relax eligibility conditions.
Educational Requirement
Graduation or Post Graduation from a recognized university.
MBA or CAIIB qualification for management and branch positions.
LLB or LLM for legal positions.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, or Real Estate Management for Estate Manager posts.
Diploma in Graphic Design for Graphic Designer positions.
Other Requirement
Relevant experience ranging from 1 to 15 years depending on the post.
Proficiency in English and Marathi is desirable for Board Secretary positions.
English typing speed of 40 words per minute is required for Steno/Typist positions.
Candidates must submit self-attested copies of educational and experience certificates.
