Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates must possess the prescribed educational qualification and relevant post-qualification experience.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office are mandatory for all posts.
  • Relevant banking, legal, marketing, estate management, graphic design, or stenography experience is required depending on the post.
  • The Board of Directors reserves the right to relax eligibility conditions.

Educational Requirement

  • Graduation or Post Graduation from a recognized university.
  • MBA or CAIIB qualification for management and branch positions.
  • LLB or LLM for legal positions.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, or Real Estate Management for Estate Manager posts.
  • Diploma in Graphic Design for Graphic Designer positions.

Other Requirement

  • Relevant experience ranging from 1 to 15 years depending on the post.
  • Proficiency in English and Marathi is desirable for Board Secretary positions.
  • English typing speed of 40 words per minute is required for Steno/Typist positions.
  • Candidates must submit self-attested copies of educational and experience certificates.
