The Directorate of Plant Protection, Quarantine & Storage (PPQS), under the Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers’ Welfare, has released the Directorate of Plant Protection Recruitment 2026 notification for 6 contractual vacancies. The recruitment includes Senior Consultant, Consultant, Senior Technical Officer, and Technical Officer posts in the field of Toxicology. Candidates with qualifications such as MBBS, MD, M.V.Sc., M.Sc., Ph.D., Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Toxicology, and related disciplines are eligible to apply. Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary of up to Rs. 1,25,000. Interested candidates can submit their applications by post or email before 10 August 2026.

• Technical Officer: Rs. 37,000 per month

• Consultant: Maximum 65 Years
• Senior Technical Officer: Maximum 45 Years
• Technical Officer: Maximum 45 Years
