NPCC Limited, a Mini Ratna Category-I CPSU and subsidiary of WAPCOS Limited, has announced 26 regular officer vacancies across Engineering, Finance, Human Resources and Law disciplines. The available positions include Executive Director, Joint General Manager, Manager and Deputy Manager posts. Candidates must possess a relevant Engineering degree, CA, CMA, MBA, postgraduate HR qualification or Law degree, depending on the post. Relevant post-qualification professional experience is also mandatory for all positions. Selected officers may be posted at NPCC offices located anywhere in India. The pay scale is offered under IDA Pattern as per the respective grade:

- Dy. Manager (Finance) (E-1): ₹ 40,000 – 1,40,000
Age Limit
The upper age limits as on 30 November 2025 are:

- Manager (Finance): 35 Years
- Manager (HR): 35 Years
- Dy. Manager (Finance): 30 Years
Age relaxation will be applicable as per Government of India rules for SC, ST, PwBD, EWS and other reserved categories.
Application Fee
General and OBC candidates are required to pay ₹ 1000/- per application.
SC, ST, PwBD, EWS and Ex-Servicemen candidates are exempted from payment of fee.

Selection Process
The selection will be based on:
