The Board of School Education Haryana (BSEH) has released the Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) 2026 OMR Answer Sheet for candidates who appeared for PRT, TGT and PGT eligibility levels. The HTET examination was conducted on July 4 and 5, 2026, while the result and final answer key were announced earlier in August. BSEH has made the HTET OMR Answer Sheet 2026 available through its official portal. Candidates who appeared in Level 1 for Primary Teacher (PRT), Level 2 for Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) or Level 3 for Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) can check the relevant examination records online. The HTET result was declared on August 5, followed by the score card on August 22, while the OMR Answer Sheet has now been released for candidates to review their recorded responses.

The Board of School Education Haryana has provided the OMR Answer Sheet for candidates who took the HTET examination in July. The facility allows examinees to review the responses recorded on their OMR sheets and compare their performance with the answer keys issued for the examination.

HTET was conducted across three levels based on the teaching category for which candidates sought eligibility. Level 1 is meant for Primary Teachers, Level 2 covers TGT-level eligibility and Level 3 is for PGT/Lecturer-level eligibility.

The provisional answer key was issued on July 6. BSEH later released the final answer key and result on August 5, followed by the score card on August 22. Candidates can now use the OMR sheet facility to examine their recorded responses.

Haryana HTET 2026 Important Dates

The application process began on December 24, 2025, and remained open until the extended deadline of January 5, 2026. After the examination city information and admit cards were issued, the examination was conducted over two days on July 4 and 5.

HTET Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 Details

HTET is a teacher eligibility examination rather than a recruitment notification carrying a fixed number of vacancies. Candidates qualify at different levels based on their educational background and the teaching category they intend to pursue.

For Level 1, candidates are generally required to possess the prescribed 10+2 or graduation qualification along with an eligible elementary teacher education programme. Level 2 requires graduation along with the applicable teacher-training qualification, while Level 3 requires postgraduate-level study in the concerned subject along with B.Ed. Candidates should refer to the official HTET notification for detailed subject-wise and qualification conditions.

Haryana HTET Application Fee

The HTET application fee depended on the number of levels selected and the candidate’s category. For General, OBC, EWS and candidates from other states, the fee was ₹1,000 for one level, ₹1,800 for two levels and ₹2,400 for all three levels.

For eligible SC and PwD candidates of Haryana, the corresponding fee was ₹500 for one level, ₹900 for two levels and ₹1,200 for three levels. The application fee was payable through the prescribed online payment methods.

HTET Result and Score Card 2026

The HTET Result 2026 was announced on August 5 after completion of the answer key process. Candidates who appeared for the examination can use the result to determine whether they achieved the required qualifying standard for their respective level.

The HTET Score Card was subsequently made available on August 22. Candidates should retain copies of their result and score card, as these may be required as proof of HTET qualification when applying for eligible teaching opportunities.

The newly available OMR Answer Sheet serves a different purpose, allowing candidates to see the responses recorded during their examination and review them alongside the relevant answer key.
