Educational Qualification and Experience

Fitter

Applicants must hold ITI or NAC certification in the Fitter trade and possess two years of relevant experience in a reputed industrial establishment. Eligible experience may include on-the-job training and apprenticeship training.

Electrician

Candidates need ITI or NAC certification in the Electrician trade, a valid statutory licence and two years of relevant industrial experience, including qualifying on-the-job or apprenticeship training.

Instrumentation

Applicants must possess ITI or NAC certification in Instrumentation and two years of relevant experience in a reputed industrial establishment, including eligible training periods.

Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant)

Candidates must possess either:

• ITI or NAC certification in Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant); or
• Class 12 Science/Intermediate/Higher Secondary with Chemistry as a subject and at least 50% aggregate marks.

Two years of experience in the operation of chemical and allied process industries is required, including eligible apprenticeship training.

The experience requirement is post-qualification. Candidates should ensure their experience and training meet the conditions applicable to the chosen trade.

Training Stipend and Benefits

Selected candidates will undergo one year of training under company policy and receive a consolidated stipend of ₹34,200 per month.

Where company bachelor accommodation is not provided, HRA will be payable at the rate applicable to the posting location, calculated on the minimum W-3 grade pay of ₹22,000.

Medical facilities for trainees and eligible dependent family members will be extended as applicable to W-3 grade employees.

Candidates exempted from the application fee must still pay the processing fee.
