Salary
Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly stipend during the contract period.
1st Year: Rs. 25,000/- per month
2nd Year: Rs. 28,000/- per month
3rd & 4th Years: Rs. 31,000/- per month
Age Limit
The maximum age limit is 30 years for Unreserved candidates as on 24 February 2026.
Age relaxation is applicable as follows:
OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
SC/ST: 5 years
PwBD: 10 years (in addition to category relaxation)

Salary
Selected candidates will be engaged initially for a period of one year, extendable up to four years based on performance and project requirements. The consolidated remuneration structure is as follows: ₹40,000 per month for Year 1, ₹45,000 per month for Year 2, ₹50,000 per month for Year 3, and ₹55,000 per month for Year 4.
Age Limit
The upper age limit for Unreserved category candidates is 35 years as on the walk-in interview date. Age relaxation is applicable as per Government of India norms, with 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST, and 10 years for PwBD candidates (minimum 40 percent disability). Candidates domiciled in Jammu & Kashmir between 01 January 1980 and 31 December 1989 are eligible for an additional 5 years age relaxation.

Selection Process
The selection process will be conducted through Walk-in mode and will include document verification followed by a personal interview. Final merit will be prepared out of 100 marks, comprising qualification weightage (20 marks), relevant experience (30 marks), and interview performance (50 marks). Apprenticeship experience up to one year will be considered as experience, while academic or internship experience will not be counted.
