Education Qualification

Executive Director (Operations & Technical)

• Graduate in Engineering OR
• Certificate of Competency as Master (FG) / Dredge Master Grade-I / MEO Class-I / Dredge Engineer Grade-I
• A management degree is desirable

Executive Director (Finance)

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA)
• A management degree is desirable

Experience Requirement

• External Candidates: Minimum 25 years of post-qualification experience
  • Private Sector: 5 years as HOD reporting to MD/CEO in a listed company with ₹800 Cr turnover & ₹45 LPA salary
  • PSEs/Government/Autonomous Bodies: Currently working in E-7 or equivalent grade (IDA: ₹1,00,000–2,60,000) with minimum 4 years in that grade
• Internal Candidates: Minimum 20 years of post-qualification experience

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 45 years (as of 12/12/2025)
• Internal Candidates: Minimum 2 years of service left till superannuation (60 years)
• Other Candidates: Minimum 3 years of service left till superannuation

Salary

• Pay Scale: ₹1,20,000 – ₹2,80,000 (IDA)
• CTC: Approx. ₹45–50 Lakhs per annum at minimum of scale
• Other Benefits: HRA, DA, leased accommodation, vehicle, medical & superannuation benefits as per DCI norms
