Relevant experience must be in Paper, Board and Tissue marketing.

Age and experience are calculated as on September 1, 2026.

Assistant Manager Secretarial Requirements

The Assistant Manager (Secretarial) vacancy at TNPL’s Corporate Office in Chennai requires a graduate who is an Associate Member of ICSI.

Candidates need eight years of experience in company secretarial compliance and should have knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI requirements and applicable stock-exchange regulations. Experience in a listed company is preferred.

Age Limit and Relaxation

The age requirement varies by position and is calculated as on September 1, 2026. For GT candidates, the applicable minimum age ranges from 28 to 43 years and the maximum age ranges from 40 to 50 years depending on the managerial grade.
