Physical Endurance Test

Male candidates are required to complete a 100-metre race in 16 seconds and a 1.6-km race in 6.5 minutes. They must also complete a 3.65-metre long jump, 1.2-metre high jump and 4.5-metre shot put using a 16-lb shot, with the prescribed number of attempts.

Female candidates must complete a 100-metre race in 18 seconds and an 800-metre race in four minutes. The required long jump is 2.7 metres and high jump is 0.9 metre, with three chances for each jump event.
