SCCL Apprentice Recruitment 2026: 300 Graduate and Diploma Vacancies with One Year Training

The Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL) has announced 300 Graduate and Diploma Apprentice slots for the 2026-27 apprenticeship programme. The recruitment includes 150 Engineering Graduate Apprentices, 100 Non-Engineering Graduate Apprentices and 50 Diploma Apprentices across multiple disciplines. Candidates must complete the online application and submit the required hard-copy documents by August 16, 2026, at 5:00 PM.

Candidates who passed the prescribed graduate, engineering or diploma qualification in 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 or 2026 can apply, subject to the other apprenticeship eligibility conditions. The age limit is 18 to 28 years as on July 31, 2026, while SC, ST and BC candidates are eligible up to 33 years.

SCCL will not conduct a written examination for the apprentice selection. Candidates will be considered based on inter-se seniority according to the year of passing and merit within the respective pass-out year, along with applicable priority and reservation provisions. Selected apprentices will undergo training for one year.

SCCL Apprentice Vacancy 2026

Eligibility Criteria

Only candidates who passed the relevant qualifying examination during 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 or 2026 are eligible for the SCCL Apprentice Recruitment 2026. Candidates must apply for the discipline corresponding to their educational qualification.

Applicants who have already undergone apprenticeship training or are currently undergoing apprenticeship under the Apprentices Act, 1961, are not eligible under the stated conditions.

Preference will be given to candidates having knowledge of AI, Systems, MS Office and MS Excel. Priority for children of SCCL/retired employees and PAF/PDF candidates will be provided according to SCCL policy. Applicable local, caste and EWS reservation provisions will also apply.

Educational Qualification

Engineering Graduate Apprentice

Candidates should possess a B.E./B.Tech degree in one of the following disciplines:

• Mining Engineering
• Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE)
• Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE)
• Computer Science Engineering (CSE)
• Information Technology (IT)
• Mechanical Engineering
• Civil Engineering

Non-Engineering Graduate Apprentice

Eligible qualifications include:

• BA
• B.Sc
• B.Com
• BBA
• BCA
• B.Pharmacy

Diploma Apprentice

Candidates should possess a Diploma in:

• Mining Engineering
• Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE)
• Mechanical Engineering
• Civil Engineering

For all categories, the qualifying course must have been passed during 2022-2026.

Age Limit

Age will be calculated as on July 31, 2026.

SCCL Apprentice Stipend

The apprenticeship training period is one year.

Application Fee

There is no application or registration fee for SCCL Apprentice Recruitment 2026.

Selection Process

No written examination will be conducted. Selection will be based on the notified merit and priority criteria, including:

1. Inter-se seniority based on year of passing
2. Merit within the respective pass-out year
3. Priority according to SCCL policy
4. Applicable reservation provisions
5. Application scrutiny
6. Document verification

How to Apply for SCCL Apprentice Recruitment 2026

1. Register on the NATS 2.0 portal and obtain a registration number.
2. Visit the SCCL apprenticeship portal and complete the online application using the same email address and mobile number.
3. Enter the required personal and educational information and upload the prescribed photograph and certificates.
4. Submit the online form and print the completed SCCL application and NATS registration form.
5. Attach the required certificate copies and the first page of the UBI bank account passbook.
6. Submit the complete hard-copy application at the nearest Area Group/Mines Vocational Training Centre (GVTC/MVTC).
7. Complete the online application and hard-copy submission no later than 5:00 PM on August 16, 2026.
8. Candidates who fail to submit the required hard copy for scrutiny will not be considered for selection.
