Driver Eligibility Criteria

Frash Eligibility Criteria

Driver Selection Process

Selection for Driver is different from the procedure prescribed for Frash.

Candidates will initially be shortlisted before being called for a Practical Test-cum-Interview. Their testimonials and original documents will subsequently be checked.

The stages are:

  4. Trial Period Assessment

Frash Selection Process

Frash candidates will initially be assessed through an Interview carrying 50 marks.

The Interview consists of 25 marks for suitability to the job and another 25 marks for etiquettes and manners.

Candidates equivalent to four times the number of advertised vacancies, arranged according to Interview merit, will be called for the Physical Endurance Test.

The PET is qualifying in nature.

The selection stages are:

Frash Physical Endurance Test

The PET consists of an 800-metre race, long jump and high jump. The prescribed standards differ according to the candidate’s age and gender.
