Paschim Gujarat Vij Company Limited (PGVCL) has released the PGVCL Recruitment 2026 notification for the post of Company Secretary. A total of 1 vacancy has been announced for qualified candidates holding a Graduate degree, Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), and an LL.B. degree. Applicants must also possess at least 5 years of post-qualification experience as a Company Secretary in a qualifying company or Public Sector Undertaking. • Knowledge of company secretarial practices.

Salary

• ₹72,000 – ₹1,19,400 per month
• Other benefits as applicable to regular employees

• Age relaxation: 5 years for reserved category candidates as per rules
