The Panipat Urban Co-Operative Bank Ltd. (PUCB) has announced recruitment for 19 contractual positions across its banking operations. The vacancies include Senior Accountant, Junior Accountant, Senior Clerk and Clerk-cum-Cashier/Field Supervisor posts, with applications scheduled to begin on September 1, 2026.

The PUCB Recruitment 2026 notification was released on August 30 for 19 contract-based vacancies. Of these, 10 positions are for Clerk-cum-Cashier/Field Supervisor, while three vacancies each are available for Senior Accountant, Junior Accountant and Senior Clerk.

More than half of the advertised positions are for Clerk-cum-Cashier/Field Supervisor, with 10 vacancies available. The remaining nine vacancies are divided equally among the three senior positions.

Educational Qualification and Experience

Eligibility varies according to the position. Senior Accountant, Junior Accountant and Senior Clerk applicants must possess the prescribed academic qualification along with previous banking experience.

Senior Accountant

Candidates must possess B.Com, BBA, BCA or MBA in Finance & Marketing along with seven years of banking experience.

Junior Accountant

Applicants need B.Com, BBA, BCA or MBA in Finance & Marketing along with five years of banking experience.

Senior Clerk

Candidates must hold B.Com, BBA, BCA or MBA in Finance & Marketing and have at least two years of banking experience.

Clerk-cum-Cashier / Field Supervisor

Candidates with B.Com, BBA, BCA, B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering/Information Technology, BE in Computer Science Engineering/Information Technology, M.Com or MBA qualifications can apply.

No separate prior banking experience requirement has been specified for the Clerk-cum-Cashier/Field Supervisor position.

Age Limit

Candidates should be between 18 and 42 years of age.

The cut-off date for determining the age limit is September 15, 2026. Age relaxation will be available according to the applicable rules.

PUCB applications must be submitted offline using the prescribed application form. Candidates can submit the application personally or send it through post/courier.
