The National Legal Services Authority (NALSA) has invited applications for 12 vacancies across legal, accounts, administration, information technology, stenography and library functions. Post-wise Qualification and Experience
Assistant Legal Aid Advisor applicants require a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Law along with the prescribed relevant experience. Superintendent (Legal) similarly requires a Law degree and relevant experience, while Assistant (Legal) requires a bachelor’s degree in Law with two years of experience in legal matters.
For Superintendent (IT), the prescribed qualifications include B.Sc., B.Tech. or BCA in IT, Computer Science, Electronics or the specified related field, along with two years of overall experience, including one year in information or cyber security.
Assistant Accounts Officer applicants may qualify through CA, CMA or MBA Finance, the prescribed SAS examination, or five years of accounts experience as specified. Accounts Officer requires qualification in the Subordinate Accounts/Audit Service examination or equivalent.
Assistant Section Officer and Senior Secretariat Assistant require a bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Stenographer Grade ‘D’ requires a bachelor’s degree along with the prescribed stenography skill requirement of 80 words per minute in dictation and transcription within 50 minutes.
Assistant Librarian requires a bachelor’s degree in Library Science along with two years of relevant experience.
In addition to these qualifications, applicants must satisfy the post-wise deputation conditions, including holding an analogous post on a regular basis or possessing the prescribed qualifying service in the relevant pay level.
