MECON Limited, a Miniratna Schedule “A” Government of India enterprise under the Ministry of Steel, has invited online applications for seven experienced Executive positions in its regular pay scales. The recruitment covers Deputy Manager, Manager and Senior Manager posts across Market Analysis & Strategy (MAS), Architecture and Civil & Structural functions.

The MECON Executive Recruitment 2026 application process began on August 15 and will close on September 13, 2026. Educational Qualification and Experience

Deputy Manager – MAS, Post Code 01

Candidates must possess a postgraduate qualification in Economics, with Mathematics studied as a subject up to graduation level.

At least five years of post-qualification experience is required in areas such as econometric or statistical forecasting, micro and macroeconomics, socio-economic studies, social cost-benefit analysis and economic policy work.

Deputy Manager – MAS, Post Code 02

Applicants need an Engineering Graduate degree along with a two-year MBA/PGDM.

A minimum of five years of relevant post-qualification experience is required in market surveys or research involving demand-supply analysis of industrial products, metals, minerals, power, energy, traffic or related sectors, together with forecasting using econometric or statistical tools.

Manager – MAS, Post Code 03

Candidates must hold an Engineering Graduate degree and a two-year MBA/PGDM.

A minimum of nine years of post-qualification experience is required in areas such as cost estimation, project appraisal, preparation of financial models, forecasting and budgeting for Metals, Mining, Energy, Ports or other infrastructure projects.

Deputy Manager – Architecture, Post Code 04(A)

Applicants require a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

Graduates from Institutes of National Importance are preferred. Candidates must possess at least five years of post-qualification experience in the design of industrial or infrastructure facilities.

Exposure to Revit and AutoCAD, including 3D views and walkthroughs, is relevant to the position. Estimation experience is preferred.

Manager – Architecture, Post Code 04(B)

The qualification requirement is the same as for the Deputy Manager Architecture post, but candidates require at least nine years of post-qualification experience in the specified industrial or infrastructure design activities.
