LIC Housing Finance Limited (LIC HFL) is inviting online applications for 50 Management Trainee positions in Marketing and Sales. MBA graduates from the specified locations can apply through the Internshala listing by October 25, 2026.

The recruitment offers a one-year training programme with a monthly stipend of ₹40,000–50,000. Subsequent absorption will depend on candidates meeting the prescribed criteria, with a stated post-absorption annual CTC of more than ₹14 lakh. Selected candidates must commit to a minimum two-year service period from their date of joining.

Vacancy and Training Details

All 50 vacancies are for Management Trainee positions in Marketing and Sales. The training period is one year, with annual training CTC ranging from ₹4.80 lakh to ₹6 lakh.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must possess an MBA degree, strong negotiation skills and fluency in the local language. Previous experience is not mandatory, although up to one year of experience in sales and negotiation is preferred.
