Educational Qualification and Service Requirements

Stenographer

Candidates must meet all the following requirements:

• Class 12 pass from a recognized board or university.
• Two years of relevant experience in a government or reputed private organization.
• English shorthand dictation for 10 minutes at 80 words per minute.
• English transcription within 50 minutes on a computer.

Assistant Manager Horticulture

Eligible officers must be serving under the Central Government, its autonomous organizations, or State or Union Territory governments.

They must possess a master’s degree in Horticulture or an equivalent qualification and either hold an analogous post regularly or have five years of regular service in a relevant Level 7 post. The corresponding pre-revised scale is ₹9,300–34,800 with Grade Pay of ₹4,600.

Senior Library and Information Assistant

The post is open to officers under the Central Government, its autonomous organizations, or State or Union Territory governments who hold analogous posts on a regular basis.

Assistant

Eligible officers must serve under the Central Government, its autonomous organizations, or State or Union Territory governments and meet either of these conditions:

• Hold an analogous post on a regular basis.
• Have three years of regular service as an Assistant at Level 5, corresponding to the pre-revised scale of ₹5,200–20,200 with Grade Pay of ₹2,800.

Age Limit

Stenographer applicants must be between 18 and 27 years of age. Applicable relaxation will follow Government of India rules and orders.

For deputation posts, the maximum age is 55 years as on the advertisement release date, October 23, 2026.

Selection Process

Stenographer applications will be scrutinized before the prescribed skill test.

Deputation applications will be examined for eligibility and service suitability, including Annual Confidential Reports and Vigilance Clearance. Candidates should follow the relevant notification for any further assessment requirements.
