Eligibility criteria and requirement
Candidates must be Indian nationals and meet the qualification and experience criteria as per the post applied. For entry-level positions (E0 and E1 grades), no experience is required, while higher-grade positions (E2, E3, and E5) demand 3, 6, and 12 years of relevant industry experience respectively.
Education
Applicants must possess a full-time degree/diploma/postgraduate qualification in the relevant discipline. For engineering posts, disciplines such as Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil, and Chemical are required. For HR roles, a degree in Human Resource Management or Welfare is essential. Finance roles require CA, CMA, or MBA in Finance. Legal Officer roles require a degree in Law, and the Medical Officer post requires an MBBS qualification.
Salary
Pay scales and corresponding CTCs vary by grade:
- E0: ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000 (CTC ~ ₹8.29 lakhs p.a.)
- E1: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 (CTC ~ ₹10.97 lakhs p.a.)
- E2: ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000 (CTC ~ ₹13.66 lakhs p.a.)
- E3: ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000 (CTC ~ ₹16.70 lakhs p.a.)
- E5: ₹80,000 – ₹2,20,000 (CTC ~ ₹22.67 lakhs p.a.)
Age Limit
