HMT India Recruitment 2025 for 12 Officers, Managers and Other Vacancies
HMT Limited, a Government of India Undertaking headquartered in Bengaluru, has announced recruitment for 12 positions on a Fixed Term Appointment (FTA) basis. The openings include Deputy Manager (Finance), Officer (Company Secretary), Officer (Legal), and Hindi Officer posts under Notification No. HMT/CHR/FTA(ADVT.1)/2025-26. These appointments are initially for two years, extendable up to a maximum of four years based on performance. Applications must be submitted in offline mode by 11 August 2025.

Eligibility Criteria and Requirements
Education
Deputy Manager (Finance): CA/CMA/ICWA with 6 years’ relevant experience and computer proficiency.
Officer (Company Secretary): Graduation with ACS qualification (ICSI membership), 2 years’ relevant experience; Law degree desirable.
Officer (Legal): Full-time LLB with minimum 60% (50% for SC/ST) and 2 years’ relevant experience.
Hindi Officer: Full-time MA in Hindi with English at degree level, minimum 60% (50% for SC/ST) and 2 years’ experience in translation or official language implementation.
Salary
Deputy Manager (Finance): PS IV ₹20,600 – ₹46,500 (Approx. CTC ₹11 lakh per annum).
Officer (CS, Legal, Hindi): PS III ₹16,400 – ₹40,500 (Approx. CTC ₹8.50 lakh per annum).
Age Limit
Deputy Manager (Finance): 35 years
Officer (CS, Legal, Hindi): 30 years

Application Fee
₹750 (₹500 application fee + ₹250 processing fee) for General/EWS/OBC candidates via Demand Draft payable at Bengaluru.
No fee for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
Selection Process
Shortlisting based on eligibility and experience, followed by a personal interview and pre-employment medical examination.
