HLL Infra Tech Services Limited (HITES) has opened online applications for 21 managerial positions across its Design and Execution divisions. The recruitment covers Chief Manager, Senior Operations Manager and Operations Manager posts in Civil, Structural, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Biomedical Engineering (BME), Quantity Surveying and MEP disciplines.

Applications for HITES Recruitment 2026 started on September 19 and will remain open until October 10, 2026 at 6 PM. The appointments will be made on a Fixed Term Contract (FTC) initially for three years, with provision for renewal, and selected candidates may be posted at HITES offices or project sites anywhere in India.

Candidates need relevant full-time engineering qualifications along with post-qualification experience ranging from three years to 10 years or more depending on the post and whether the applicant holds a degree or diploma. The advertised pre-revised IDA pay scales range from ₹20,600–₹46,500 for Operations Manager to ₹29,100–₹54,500 for Chief Manager.

The 21 vacancies are divided between the Design and Execution divisions. The Execution division accounts for 13 positions, including five Senior Operations Manager (MEP), five Operations Manager (Civil) and three Chief Manager (Civil) posts.

Qualification and Experience Requirements

HITES has prescribed different engineering qualifications and experience requirements according to the technical function and seniority of each position. Degrees and diplomas must be obtained through the applicable full-time/regular course from a recognized Indian university or institution.

Internship and articleship periods are not counted towards the prescribed professional experience.

HITES Recruitment Age Limit

Age will be calculated as on September 1, 2026. The upper age limit ranges from 40 to 47 years depending on the position and, for certain Operations Manager posts, whether the candidate holds a degree or diploma.

The stated relaxation is five years for SC/ST candidates, three years for OBC candidates and 10 years for PwD candidates, subject to the applicable recruitment conditions.

Salary and Pay Scale

The managerial posts carry pre-revised IDA pay scales according to the level of appointment.

Other applicable employment benefits include DA, EPF, gratuity and medical benefits according to HITES rules and the terms of engagement.

Selection Process

Eligible applications will be scrutinized and shortlisted before candidates are called for the applicable selection process. Interview and/or skill test may be used for selection.

HITES also reserves the option to use additional methods such as preliminary interviews, written tests or group discussions as part of the recruitment process where required. Candidates called for selection will not be paid TA/DA.
