Electrical has the highest number of vacancies with eight positions, followed by Geology and Mechanical with six each. The 43 vacancies are spread across different FTE grades according to discipline and experience requirements.

Reservation is applicable according to the notified post and category distribution. PwBD reservation is horizontal, with one VH and one HH position indicated. The Industrial Safety cadre is not identified as suitable for PwBD candidates.

HCL Fixed Tenure Executive Salary

HCL will pay selected Fixed Tenure Executives a consolidated monthly amount based on their assigned grade.

In addition to consolidated remuneration, selected executives will be eligible for benefits such as employer PF contribution, HRA, gratuity, medical benefits and leave encashment according to HCL’s Fixed Tenure Engagement Scheme.

Selection Process
