High Court of Uttarakhand Recruitment 2026 for Law Researcher Posts

The High Court of Uttarakhand, Nainital has released the High Court of Uttarakhand Recruitment 2026 notification for the engagement of Law Researchers on a purely contractual basis. Applications are invited online through the prescribed Google Form from eligible Law Graduates and final-year Law students with good computer knowledge. The selected candidates will receive a fixed monthly honorarium of ₹50,000. Selection will be based on assessment and/or interview conducted by the Hon’ble Judge concerned. Interested candidates must submit their online applications on or before 03 August 2026.

Salary

• Fixed Honorarium: ₹50,000 per month.
• No additional allowances or perks are admissible.

Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 30 years as on the date of application.
• Age relaxation may be granted by the Hon’ble Chief Justice in appropriate cases.

Selection Process

• Shortlisting of eligible candidates.
• Assessment and/or Interview by the Hon’ble Judge concerned.
• Final selection by the Hon’ble Judge to whom the Law Researcher will be attached.
