Cabin crew refers to posts like flight stewards and air hostesses. Interested people must complete their 12th standard with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Apart from that, they must have a one-year Diploma in cabin crew services. Boys and girls need to have 5 ft 7 inches and 5ft 2 inches height respectively.
For commercial/ground staff, candidates have to complete a Diploma in Airport Management and Customer Care (1-year duration) or Diploma in Ground Staff Services (6-months duration).
Candidates need to complete BBA in Aviation Management (3 years’ course) or MBA in Aviation Management (2 years’ course) after completing higher secondary or graduation.
Candidates require to have 4 years’ BE/B.Tech degree in Aeronautical Engineering.
