EMRS Recruitment 2025: Apply Online for 7267 Teaching and Non-Teaching Posts – All India

The Eklavya Model Residential Schools (EMRS), under the National Education Society for Tribal Students (NESTS), has announced a major recruitment drive for the year 2025. A total of 7267 vacancies have been released for various Teaching and Non-Teaching positions, including Principal, PGT, TGT, Staff Nurse, Hostel Warden, Accountant, Lab Attendant, and Junior Secretariat Assistant. The official notification (Advt No. NESTS/Adv/2025/01) was published on 19th September 2025, and eligible candidates can apply online until 23rd October 2025. The EMRS Staff Selection Exam (ESSE) 2025 will be conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode at the national level. Candidates with qualifications ranging from 12th pass to postgraduates with B.Ed., Integrated B.Ed./M.Ed., and specialized degrees can apply for respective roles.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Principal: Master’s Degree + B.Ed. + 12 years relevant experience
• PGT: Master’s Degree in subject + B.Ed.
• TGT: 4-year integrated degree or UG in subject + B.Ed.
• Staff Nurse: Degree in Nursing + RN/RM + 2.5 years experience in 50+ bedded hospital
• Hostel Warden: Integrated degree / Bachelor’s Degree
• Accountant: B.Com
• JSA: 10+2 with English/Hindi Typing skills
• Lab Attendant: 10th pass or equivalent

Salary

• Principal: Level 12 ₹78,800 – ₹2,09,200
• PGT: Level 8 ₹47,600 – ₹1,51,100
• TGT / Librarian: Level 7 ₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400
• Art / Music / PE Teacher, Accountant: Level 6 ₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400
• Nurse / Hostel Warden: Level 5 ₹29,200 – ₹92,300
• JSA: Level 2 ₹19,900 – ₹63,200
• Lab Attendant: Level 1 ₹18,000 – ₹56,900

Age Limit

• Principal: Max 50 years
• PGT: Max 40 years
• TGT: Max 35 years
• Accountant / JSA / Lab Attendant: Max 30 years
• Age Relaxation as per Government of India rules
