EdCIL Recruitment 2026: 57 Consultant and Coordinator Vacancies for Education Project

EdCIL (India) Limited, a Mini Ratna Category-I CPSE under the Government of India, has announced 57 contractual vacancies for the Samagra Shiksha & STARS Rajasthan Project. The recruitment covers Chief Consultant, Consultant, Associate Consultant/Data Analyst, District Consultant and Coordinator positions, with the largest share comprising 41 District Consultant (FLN) vacancies.

Candidates with relevant postgraduate, management, finance, legal and technical qualifications can apply depending on the position. Prescribed qualifications include Master’s degrees, MBA, CA/ICWA, LL.B/LL.M, MCA and B.E./B.Tech, along with post-qualification experience ranging from approximately two to 10 years.

Chief Consultant positions require up to 10 years of relevant professional experience. Consultant posts require approximately two to eight years depending on the level and specialization, while Associate Consultant, District Consultant and Coordinator positions generally require around three years of relevant experience.

Educational Qualification

Chief Consultant

Candidates require the relevant Master’s degree or MBA with the prescribed academic credentials and professional experience.

Consultant

Qualifications vary according to the consultancy specialization and may include a relevant Master’s degree, MBA, CA, ICWA, LL.B, LL.M, MCA, M.Tech or B.Tech.

Associate Consultant / Data Analyst

Candidates require an MCA, B.E./B.Tech or a Master’s degree in Statistics or Mathematics, depending on the specific position.

District Consultant

The prescribed qualifications include relevant postgraduate qualifications in fields such as Statistics, Social Sciences, Education, Social Work or Humanities, or an MBA, depending on the requirement.

Coordinator

Candidates require the prescribed Master’s qualification in Social Sciences or Education, B.Tech or MBA, depending on the position.
