Qualification and Experience

Medical Specialist applicants require an MD/MS in the concerned specialty or DNB qualification along with at least three years of experience in the specialty after completing postgraduate qualification.

For Medical Officer, candidates must hold an MBBS degree and have a minimum of three years of work experience after completion of internship.

Dental Assistant/Hygienist applicants require the prescribed Diploma in Dental Hygienist or Class-I DH/DORA Course for Armed Forces personnel, along with a minimum of five years of work experience.

Candidates seeking the Physiotherapist post require a Diploma or Class-I Physiotherapy Course for Armed Forces personnel.

For Clerk vacancies, applicants should be graduates or possess the Class-I Clerical Trade qualification from the Armed Forces. A minimum of five years of relevant work experience is required.

ECHS Salary 2026

ECHS has specified fixed monthly remuneration according to the position rather than a common pay scale for all 30 vacancies.

Medical Specialists will receive ₹1,30,000 per month, while Medical Officers will receive ₹95,000. Dental Assistant/Hygienist, Physiotherapist and Clerk positions carry remuneration of ₹36,500 per month.

Selection Process
