Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd. (DMRC) has invited applications for four Supervisor (P.Way) positions from experienced serving or retired Indian Railways personnel. The recruitment will be made on a Post Retirement Contractual Engagement (PRCE) basis and covers eligible Senior Section Engineer (SSE), Section Engineer (SE) and Junior Engineer (JE) grades.

The DMRC Supervisor Recruitment 2026 is being conducted under Advertisement No. DMRC/PERS/22/HR/2026 (233), dated August 25, 2026. Candidates must have worked in the Indian Railways P.Way department and possess at least five years of service at the supervisory level. Applications must reach DMRC by Speed Post or email by September 15, 2026.

Selected candidates posted at the Delhi office will receive consolidated monthly pay of ₹56,300, ₹65,800 or ₹72,600 depending on their eligible Railway grade. The recruitment is open to candidates aged 55 to 62 years as on August 1, 2026, subject to the prescribed service and other conditions.

DMRC Supervisor Recruitment 2026 Notification

DMRC is filling the four Supervisor/P.Way positions on a PRCE basis to utilize experienced Indian Railways personnel for its offices and project requirements.

DMRC Supervisor Vacancy and Eligibility Details

The four vacancies have been announced collectively for Supervisor/P.Way positions; a separate grade-wise distribution has not been specified.

Applicants must be working in or retired from the Indian Railways P.Way department in the prescribed grades. They should be conversant with computerized working and must be free from D&AR and Vigilance cases.

Age Limit

Candidates must be at least 55 years old and not more than 62 years old as on August 1, 2026.

Serving Railway employees are eligible to apply subject to retiring through VRS or otherwise before taking up the DMRC engagement.

DMRC Supervisor Salary 2026

The consolidated remuneration for candidates posted at the Delhi office will depend on the Railway grade from which they retired.

Other applicable benefits will be provided according to DMRC company policy.

Selection Schedule

DMRC will initially scrutinize and shortlist applications based on the prescribed eligibility requirements. Shortlisted candidates will subsequently be called for an interview, which may be conducted offline or online.
