District Court Karnal Recruitment 2026 – Apply for 28 Stenographer and Other Vacancies
Office of the District and Sessions Judge, Karnal (Haryana) has invited offline applications for the recruitment of 28 Stenographer Grade-III (English) posts on an Adhoc basis. This recruitment is purely temporary for a period of 6 months or until regular appointments, whichever is earlier. Candidates with a bachelor’s degree and shorthand/typing proficiency can apply in the prescribed format. The last date to submit the application form is 13 February 2026 by 5:00 PM. The shorthand and transcription test will tentatively be conducted in the last week of February 2026.

Salary
The selected candidates will be paid a fixed initial salary of ₹25,500/- per month.

- English Shorthand Test: 80 words per minute
