Social Worker, UDC and LDC Recruitment

CCRS Advertisement No. 08/2026 – Contractual Posts

Candidates applying for Social Worker, UDC or LDC should therefore not rely on the September 11 deadline applicable to Advertisement No. 08/2026.

Eligibility for Social Worker, UDC and LDC

Social Worker

Candidates should possess a Degree along with a Diploma in Social Work and the prescribed experience, or a postgraduate degree in Sociology, as specified in the recruitment conditions.

The maximum age for the Social Worker post is 30 years.

Upper Division Clerk

Applicants must possess a Degree along with three years of relevant experience.

The prescribed age range is 18 to 27 years. The upper age limit is relaxable by up to five years for Government servants, with other relaxation applicable according to Government rules.

Lower Division Clerk

Candidates must have passed Class 12 and possess the required typing speed.

The prescribed age range for LDC is 18 to 27 years, with relaxation applicable under the relevant Government rules, including relaxation of up to five years for Government servants.

Salary and Remuneration
