Cement Corporation of India Limited (CCI) has announced recruitment for 15 Engineer, Officer and Analyst positions on a Fixed Term Contract basis. The vacancies under Advertisement No. CO/03/2026 cover Production, Mechanical, Mining, Electrical, Material Management, Marketing, Legal and Finance & Accounts disciplines, including backlog vacancies.

The application process is offline, and completed forms must reach CCI by 5:00 PM on September 15, 2026. Most positions require at least two years of relevant experience, while educational requirements range from Engineering degrees and diplomas to MBA/PGDM, Law, CA Inter, ICWA Inter and other post-specific qualifications.

Educational Qualification and Experience

Engineer – Production

Candidates should possess the prescribed full-time Engineering qualification in disciplines such as Chemical, Cement Technology, Ceramic, Materials Science, Mineral Processing, Process, Industrial Chemistry or Petrochemical Engineering.

Relevant M.Sc Chemistry qualifications and diploma routes are also covered subject to the conditions and additional experience requirements prescribed by CCI.

Candidates applying through the engineering degree route require at least two years of relevant experience in cement, manufacturing or process industries.

Engineer – Mechanical

Applicants require an Engineering degree in an accepted discipline such as Mechanical, Industrial & Production, Mechatronics, Automobile, Manufacturing, Power Plant or Mining Machinery.

Candidates with the prescribed diploma qualification may also be considered subject to the additional experience requirement. The position requires relevant experience in operation and maintenance activities in cement, manufacturing or mining plants.

Engineer – Mining

Candidates must possess a full-time degree in Mining Engineering along with the mandatory First or Second Class Manager’s Certificate under MMR-1961.

At least two years of relevant experience in quarry management in open-cast mechanized mines is required.

Engineer – Electrical

The qualification includes a full-time Engineering degree in an accepted discipline such as Electrical, Electronics & Instrumentation, Power or Control & Automation Engineering.

The prescribed diploma route is also available subject to additional experience conditions. Applicants should have relevant professional experience involving electrical equipment, substations, ILMS or associated operations.

Officer – Material Management

Applicants may possess an Engineering degree in disciplines such as Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Production or Manufacturing, or the prescribed postgraduate degree/diploma or MBA in Materials Management, Supply Chain, Logistics or Operations.

A minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, including work involving procurement, inventory and SAP/ERP-related functions, as applicable.

Officer – Marketing

Candidates may qualify through an Engineering degree combined with MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales or an accepted related specialization, with the prescribed experience.

The notification also provides a Diploma/BBA route with the applicable experience requirement. Relevant work may include sales and marketing, customer relationship management and channel management.

Applicants require a full-time Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Law recognized by the Bar Council.

At least two years of relevant professional experience as an Advocate, Legal Consultant or Law Officer is required.

Analyst – Finance & Accounts

Candidates should possess CA Inter, ICWA Inter or a full-time two-year MBA in Finance.

Applicants require at least two years of relevant Finance and Accounts experience in a manufacturing industry or PSU.

Experience in the cement industry will be considered an added advantage for applicable positions.

Selection Procedure

CCI will primarily assess candidates through an interview. Depending on recruitment requirements, the corporation may also conduct a Written Test and/or Group Discussion.
