Research Experience Preferred

The Research Associate-I positions cover several specialized research areas.

For the GAP-114 project, desirable experience includes genomics, GWAS and QTL analysis of crops, NGS data analysis and plant-pathogen interactions.

The NABI-Core RA-I position gives preference to experience in rice genetic transformation, gene-function validation and multi-omics data analysis, along with a strong publication record.

For GAP-113, relevant experience includes plant phenotyping, photosynthesis measurements using LI-COR 6800, greenhouse gas emission estimation and statistical analysis using R.

The Research Associate-I position under Dr. Panneerselvam Krishna Murthy involves areas including genetic and metabolic engineering of yeast, CRISPR/Cas genome engineering, synthetic biology, HPLC, UPLC, LC-MS/MS and bioinformatics.

For the GAP-114 Project Associate position, desirable experience includes large-scale phenotyping, development of genetic populations in plants and plant-pathogen interactions.
