Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navaratna public sector undertaking under the Ministry of Defence, has announced Management Industrial Trainee (MIT) Recruitment 2026-27 through Notification No. 1410/CLD/HR/MIT/2026-27/01. The recruitment will be conducted through a walk-in process on September 10, 2026 at BEL’s Centre for Learning and Development in Jalahalli, Bengaluru.

Indian nationals who have passed CMA (Intermediate) or CA (Intermediate) can participate in the selection process. The training will initially be for one year and may be extended up to a maximum of three years based on performance. BEL has not specified the number of MIT positions in the notification.

BEL Management Industrial Trainee Stipend

The monthly stipend increases with each year of training. Trainees selected for the first year will receive Rs. 25,000 per month.

The initial training period is one year. It may be extended for a further period based on performance, subject to a maximum overall training tenure of three years.

Selected trainees are also eligible for specified facilities including free OPD medical treatment at the BEL hospital, Group Personal Accident Insurance coverage of Rs. 5 lakh, canteen and transport facilities. Subsidised accommodation may be available to outstation candidates subject to availability and applicable charges.

Selection Process

Selection for BEL Management Industrial Trainee Recruitment 2026 will take into consideration academic performance and the interview.

Statutory reservation will be followed in accordance with Government rules. The exact number of Management Industrial Trainee positions has not been specified.
