BCPL Non Executive Recruitment 2026 Notice Out: 21 Foreman, Operator and Technician Vacancies, Apply Online by October 9

Brahmaputra Cracker and Polymer Limited (BCPL), a Government of India Enterprise, has announced recruitment for 21 non-executive vacancies under Advertisement No. BCPL-NE/06/2026. The recruitment covers Foreman, Junior Superintendent, Operator and Technician positions across Chemical, Civil, HR, Instrumentation, Electrical and Mechanical disciplines.

Online registration for the BCPL Non Executive Recruitment 2026 begins on September 10, 2026, at 8 AM and will remain open until October 9 at 5 PM. Candidates can apply for only one post, and age and post-qualification experience will be determined as on October 9, 2026.

The 21 regular vacancies carry S-5 or S-3 pay scales, ranging from ₹25,000–₹81,430 for Operator and Technician positions to ₹28,500–₹86,570 for Foreman and Junior Superintendent posts. BCPL has also identified three additional trainee positions reserved for PwBD candidates, carrying a stipend of ₹21,000 per month.

BCPL Non Executive Recruitment 2026 Notification

BCPL is conducting the recruitment under Advertisement No. BCPL-NE/06/2026 for non-executive manpower across its operations. The advertised 21 vacancies exclude the three separately identified PwBD trainee posts.

BCPL Non Executive Vacancy 2026

Of the 21 regular vacancies, eight are for Operator (Chemical), making it the largest individual recruitment category.

In addition to these vacancies, three posts have been earmarked for PwBD candidates as trainees: one Operator (Chemical) Trainee, one Technician (Mechanical) Trainee and one Accounts Assistant Trainee.

These trainee positions carry a stipend of ₹21,000 per month for a minimum training period of one year.

Post-Wise Qualification and Experience

Required experience must be post-qualification experience and will be reckoned as on October 9, 2026.

Apprenticeship or industrial training completed under the Apprentices Act will not be counted toward the prescribed professional experience.

Age Limit

The maximum age is 32 years for S-5 positions and 30 years for S-3 posts, as on October 9, 2026.

SC/ST candidates are eligible for five years of relaxation, while OBC-NCL candidates receive three years. PwBD relaxation is 10 years for General/EWS, 13 years for OBC-NCL and 15 years for SC/ST candidates, as applicable.

The maximum age after applying all permissible relaxations cannot exceed 56 years.

BCPL Non Executive Salary

The pay scale is determined by the grade of the post.

In addition to basic pay, regular employees will be eligible for applicable IDA and perquisites at 35% of basic pay. A North-East allowance at 10% of basic pay is applicable when posted in the North-East, along with HRA, medical facilities, PRMS and DCPS benefits according to company rules.

Application Fee

The ₹200 application fee is non-refundable and must be paid through the online payment gateway.

Selection Process

BCPL will consider eligible applicants for further stages of the recruitment process. Where the number of applications is high, the company may raise the minimum eligibility standards for shortlisting.

The exact selection stages applicable to individual posts will be communicated before the process begins. No travelling allowance will be paid for attending the written examination.

Probation and Posting

Candidates appointed to the regular non-executive posts will be on probation for one year.

Selected candidates may be posted at BCPL units according to organizational requirements, including locations in the North-East. Applicants should therefore consider the company’s posting requirements before applying.
