Education
- Officer – Finance & Accounts: Commerce graduate with Chartered Accountant (Inter) or Cost Accountant (Inter) qualification and minimum 10 years post-qualification experience.
- Manager – Properties & Monetization: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or MBA/PGDM with relevant subjects. A 3-year Diploma in Civil Engineering or 1–2 year PG Diploma in Management with relevant subjects is also acceptable. Relevant experience is preferred.
Salary
- Officer – Finance & Accounts: Rs. 65,000/- per month (inclusive of allowances).
- Manager – Properties & Monetization: Rs. 1,00,000/- per month (inclusive of allowances).

Maximum 62 years as on 28 July 2025, with relaxation as per government norms.

Selection Process of Air India Cabin Crew
The selection process of the Air India Cabin Crew position consists of three different phases. These phases include –
1. Medical examination
2. Written test
3. Personal interview
After giving the preliminary medical examination, individuals have to appear for a written test. The written test for the Cabin Crew position consists of 75 questions in total. Each question is of 2 marks, therefore, making the written test of 150 marks in total.
