Education Qualification
- General Manager: Candidates should have a full-time degree in Engineering with a specialization in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Electronics & Instrumentation.
- Manager: Candidates must possess BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering with at least 60% marks. A Postgraduate degree in Rural Management, Social Development, or MSW is preferred.
Experience
- General Manager: Minimum 23 years of post-qualification executive experience in hydropower projects. At least 1 year in the immediate lower grade scale.
- Manager: Minimum 09 years of post-qualification executive experience, including 5 years in hydropower projects with an installed capacity of 100 MW or more.
Salary Structure
- General Manager (E-8): ₹ 1,20,000 – 2,80,000 per month
- Manager (E-5): ₹ 80,000 – 2,20,000 per month
