Coal India MT Salary 2026
Candidates selected as Management Trainees will be appointed in E-1 Grade under the pay scale of ₹60,000 to ₹1,80,000. During the training period, they will receive an initial basic pay of ₹60,000 per month.
Management Trainees will undergo one year of training-cum-probation. After successful completion, candidates will be confirmed as Officers in E-1 Grade in their respective disciplines.
Apart from basic pay, employees will be eligible for Dearness Allowance, HRA, applicable allowances and perquisites, Performance Related Pay, medical facilities, CMPF, CMPS, gratuity and pension-related benefits according to Coal India rules.
Coal India MT Service Agreement Bond
Selected candidates will be required to serve Coal India for a minimum period of 60 months from their date of joining. They will also have to execute a service agreement bond of ₹3 lakh at the time of joining.
An amount of ₹5,000 per month will be deducted from salary towards the bond money. The accumulated amount will be refunded without interest after the employee successfully completes 60 months of service, subject to the applicable conditions.
