NESAC Recruitment 2026 for 16 Research Scientist, JRF & Project Associate-I Posts
The North Eastern Space Applications Centre (NESAC), under the Department of Space, Government of India, has released the NESAC Recruitment 2026 notification for 16 temporary project-based vacancies. The recruitment includes Research Scientist, Junior Research Fellow (JRF), and Project Associate-I posts. Candidates with M.Sc., M.E./M.Tech, or B.E./B.Tech qualifications in relevant disciplines can attend the walk-in interview. The selection process consists of a walk-in interview only, with no written examination. Eligible candidates can attend the interviews scheduled on 10, 11, and 12 August 2026 at NESAC, Umiam, Meghalaya.

Download the prescribed biodata format from the NESAC website.
Fill the biodata in typed format (handwritten biodata will not be accepted).
Carry the completed biodata along with all original certificates and one set of self-attested photocopies.
Bring a valid government-issued photo ID.
Government/PSU employees must produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
Candidates with foreign degrees must carry an AIU Equivalency Certificate.
If applying for multiple posts, submit separate biodata forms for each post.
Report to the interview venue on the scheduled date before the reporting time.
