Central University of South Bihar (CUSB) invites online applications for 35 faculty posts including Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor under Advertisement No. CUSB/Advt./47/2025. Candidates with a Ph.D. and Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks in the relevant discipline as per UGC Regulations 2018 are eligible to apply. Salary
Selected candidates will receive pay as per the 7th CPC academic pay levels. The Professor post carries a pay scale of ₹1,44,200 – ₹2,18,200 (Level 14). The Associate Professor post carries a pay scale of ₹1,31,400 – ₹2,17,100 (Level 13A). The Assistant Professor post carries a pay scale of ₹57,700 – ₹1,82,400 (Level 10) along with applicable allowances.
Age Limit
The age limit will be applicable as per UGC Regulations 2018 and Government of India norms for faculty recruitment in central universities.
Application Fee
Candidates belonging to UR, OBC, and EWS categories must pay an application fee of ₹2,000 through online mode. Candidates belonging to SC, ST, PwBD, and Female categories are exempted from payment of the application fee.
