IIMC Recruitment 2026: Apply Online for 50+ Assistants, Clerks, Admin, Stenographers, Library Staff, IT and Other

The Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC), a premier media training institute under the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Government of India, has released a recruitment notification for 51 Non-Teaching Posts on both Direct Recruitment and Deputation basis. Eligible candidates can apply online from 13th December 2025 through the official recruitment portal. The last date for submission of online applications is 12th January 2026, and the hard copy submission deadline is 19th January 2026. Vacancies include roles such as Assistant Editor, Assistant Registrar, Section Officer, Library & Information Officer, UDC, Stenographer, and others.

Candidates must possess qualifications like Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, or Master’s degree in relevant fields along with a Diploma in Computer Application where applicable. The selection process includes a written test, skill test, and/or interview. Applications must be submitted online followed by a mandatory offline submission to the Deputy Registrar’s office.

• As per Pay Levels 4 to 11 depending on the post.

• Assistant Editor: Max 56 years
• Section Officer, Assistant, Professional Asst, Junior Programmer: Max 35 years
• UDC, Stenographer: Max 32 years
• Age relaxation as per GoI norms
