Eligibility Criteria

Deputation Basis

  • Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre/department
    OR
  • Five years of regular service in Level-12 (₹78,800 – ₹2,09,200) or equivalent

Eligible Services

  • Officers from:
    • Central / State Government
    • Union Territories
    • Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs)
    • Autonomous / Statutory Bodies
    • Recognized Universities, Courts, Tribunals, Research Institutions

Educational Qualification

  • Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized university/institute

Experience

  • Desirable: Minimum 2 years’ experience in Legal or Judicial work

Salary

  • Pay Level: Level-13 (₹1,23,100 – ₹2,15,900) under 7th CPC
  • Other allowances as per Government rules

Age Limit

  • Maximum Age: 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of application
