Eligibility Criteria
Deputation Basis
- Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre/department
OR - Five years of regular service in Level-12 (₹78,800 – ₹2,09,200) or equivalent
Eligible Services

- Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs)
- Autonomous / Statutory Bodies
- Recognized Universities, Courts, Tribunals, Research Institutions
Educational Qualification
- Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized university/institute
Experience
- Desirable: Minimum 2 years’ experience in Legal or Judicial work
Salary
- Pay Level: Level-13 (₹1,23,100 – ₹2,15,900) under 7th CPC
- Other allowances as per Government rules
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of application
