WCD Puducherry Anganwadi Recruitment 2025: Apply Online for 618 Worker & Helper Vacancies
The Department of Women and Child Development (WCD), Government of Puducherry, has announced the recruitment of 618 Anganwadi Workers and Helpers under the Shaksham Anganwadi & Poshan 2.0 scheme. These posts are offered on a honorarium basis for women residents of the Union Territory of Puducherry. The recruitment aims to enhance child nutrition, health, and early childhood education services in the region. Applications are invited online via Google Form between 1st October and 31st October 2025. The selection will be made purely on merit based on marks obtained in Class XII.

Education Qualification
Applicants must have passed Class XII from a recognized board.
Additionally, candidates must:
- Be women residing within 5 km of the Anganwadi Centre (AWC) they apply for
- Upload a valid residence certificate issued by the Department of Revenue & Disaster Management (not below Deputy Tahsildar level), dated 01.10.2024 or later
Salary
- Anganwadi Worker: ₹6,000 per month (Honorarium)
- Anganwadi Helper: ₹4,000 per month (Honorarium)
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 35 years (as on 31.08.2025)
Age relaxation will be applicable as per government rules.

Step 1: Access the Google Form link from 1st October 2025 (10:00 AM) via WCD Puducherry website
Step 2: Fill in all required personal and academic details
Step 3: Upload:
- Self-attested copy of Class XII mark sheet
- Residence certificate issued on or after 01.10.2024
Step 4: Submit the Google Form before 31st October 2025 (05:00 PM)
