SMFCL Recruitment 2025 Notification for 6+ Managers and Other Vacancies

Sagarmala Finance Corporation Limited (SMFCL), a Mini-Ratna Category-I Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE) under the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, Government of India, has invited applications for the recruitment of 06 regular managerial posts. The vacancies include positions for Chief Manager, Manager, and Assistant Manager across IT, Legal, Projects, and Finance & Accounts departments. The posts will be filled on a permanent basis and will be located in India or abroad, as per organizational requirements. The application process is offline, and the last date for receipt of applications is 4th August 2025.

Eligibility criteria and requirement

The age limit varies by post as of 4 August 2025. Maximum age for Chief Manager is 47 years, Manager is 40 years, and Assistant Manager is 35 years. Age relaxation applies for SC, ST, OBC-NCL, PwBD, and Ex-servicemen as per Government of India rules.

Education

• Chief Manager (IT): B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science with at least 60% marks and 13 years of executive experience
• Chief Manager (Legal): Full-time LLB (3 years) or 5-year integrated law degree with first division and 13 years of executive experience
• Manager (Projects): B.E./B.Tech. in Civil, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical (60% marks); MBA/PGDM in Finance desirable; 7 years of executive experience
• Manager (Finance & Accounts): CA/ICWA with 7 years of executive experience
• Assistant Manager (Finance & Accounts): CA/ICWA with 4 years of executive experience

Salary

• Chief Manager (E-6): ₹90,000–2,40,000 (IDA scale) + DA, HRA/Lease, perks, PRP, PF, NPS, gratuity, and medical facilities
• Manager (E-4): ₹70,000–2,00,000 (IDA scale) + allowances
• Assistant Manager (E-2): ₹50,000–1,60,000 (IDA scale) + allowances

Age Limit

• Chief Manager: up to 47 years
• Manager: up to 40 years
• Assistant Manager: up to 35 years
  Age relaxation applies as per Government of India guidelines

• ₹590 (₹500 + 18% GST) via Demand Draft in favor of Sagarmala Finance Corporation Limited
• No fee for SC/ST/PwBD candidates
