Research Centre Imarat (RCI), a premier laboratory under the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), has released a recruitment notification for 195 Apprentice vacancies for the year 2025. Located in Hyderabad, Telangana, RCI is renowned for cutting-edge research and development in missile systems and advanced technologies. This recruitment drive offers opportunities for young diploma, ITI, and engineering graduates to gain valuable hands-on training and experience through apprenticeship programs across multiple technical trades. Education

Candidates must possess the required qualification relevant to the post:

• Graduate Apprentice: BE/B.Tech in ECE, EEE, CSE, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
• Technician Apprentice: Diploma in ECE, EEE, CSE, Mechanical, or Chemical.
• ITI Trade Apprentice: ITI in specified trades such as Fitter, Welder, Turner, Machinist, Mechanic-Diesel, Draughtsman (Mechanical), Electronic Mechanic, Electrician, COPA, Library Assistant.

Salary

As per rules. The stipend will be provided as per the norms of the apprenticeship act applicable to each category (Graduate, Diploma, ITI).

Age Limit

Minimum age should be 18 years as on the date of application. Upper age limit will be as per apprenticeship norms and government guidelines.

Selection Process

The selection will be based on merit, and may include document verification and/or interview. Final selection will be done by the competent authority at RCI as per the DRDO/apprenticeship norms.
