Eligibility Criteria and Requirement

Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)

• BE/B.Tech or equivalent in relevant discipline (Civil, CS/IT, E&C, Aeronautical, Mechanical)
• Valid GATE-2025 Score

Associate Cabin Crew

• DGCA-approved Cabin Crew OR Ex-IAF Gunner/Load Master
• Experience on Mi-Series helicopters (20+ seaters)
• Minimum 500 hours flight experience
• No blame-worthy incidents in last 3 years

Associate Flight Engineer

• 10+2 with Physics & Mathematics
• Medically fit (DGCA Class 1)
• Valid Flight Engineer’s License on Mi-172 with 1000 hours OR Defense-trained with 1500 hours on Mi-series

Manager (FOQA)

• Helicopter Pilot or AME with safety experience OR BE/B.Tech in Aero/Mechanical/Electrical/IT/ECE etc.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

General Manager (Engineering)

• MBA + BE/B.Tech in Aeronautical/Mechanical/Electrical/Civil OR M.Tech
• Minimum 15 years of experience

Salary

• Graduate Engineer Trainee: ₹50,000/month
• Associate Cabin Crew: ₹95,000 – ₹1,65,000/month
• Associate Flight Engineer: ₹2,00,000 – ₹3,50,000/month
• Manager (FOQA): ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000/month
• General Manager (Engineering): ₹1,00,000 – ₹2,60,000/month

Age Limit

• GET: Max 28 years
• Manager (FOQA): Max 40 years
• General Manager: Max 50 years
• Cabin Crew/Flight Engineer: As per DGCA norms
