NPCC Recruitment 2026 For 21 Joint General Managers, Managers, Dy. Managers and Other Posts

National Projects Construction Corporation Limited (NPCC), a Government of India Enterprise under the Ministry of Power, has issued a recruitment notification inviting applications from dynamic and result-oriented professionals for Finance and Human Resources positions on a regular basis. The recruitment drive aims to fill 21 vacancies including Joint General Manager (Finance), Manager (Finance), Manager (HR) and Deputy Manager (Finance) posts for its offices located across India. Candidates possessing CA, CMA or full-time MBA in Finance or HR with the required post-qualification experience are eligible to apply. The selection process will be based on Personal Interview followed by Document Verification. Applications must be submitted offline and should reach within 30 days from the date of publication of advertisement in Employment News.

Salary

The pay scale is offered under IDA Pattern as per the respective grade:

• Joint General Manager (E-5): ₹ 80,000 – 2,20,000
• Manager (E-2): ₹ 50,000 – 1,60,000
• Manager (HR) (E-1): ₹ 50,000 – 1,60,000
• Dy. Manager (Finance) (E-1): ₹ 40,000 – 1,40,000

Age Limit

The upper age limits as on 30 November 2025 are:

• Joint General Manager (Finance): 48 Years
• Manager (Finance): 35 Years
• Manager (HR): 35 Years
• Dy. Manager (Finance): 30 Years

Age relaxation will be applicable as per Government of India rules for SC, ST, PwBD, EWS and other reserved categories.

Application Fee

General and OBC candidates are required to pay ₹ 1000/- per application.
SC, ST, PwBD, EWS and Ex-Servicemen candidates are exempted from payment of fee.

The application fee must be paid through online transfer to the specified bank account of NPCC Limited (Canara Bank, A/c No. 2033201052945, IFSC: CNRB0002784).

Selection Process

The selection will be based on:

• Personal Interview
• Document Verification

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. Final selection will be subject to verification of original documents.

How to Apply

• Step 1: Download the prescribed application form from the official notification.
• Step 2: Fill the application form carefully and attach self-attested copies of Date of Birth proof, qualification certificates, mark sheets, experience certificates in chronological order, latest pay slip, Form-16 of last two years, caste or disability or EWS certificate if applicable, Aadhaar card and fee payment proof.
• Step 3: Pay the application fee online to the specified NPCC bank account, if applicable.
• Step 4: Place the completed application form and documents in an envelope superscribed “NPCC/Regular/Finance/HR/Dec./2025 – Post applied for ___”.
• Step 5: Send the application by Government of India postal service only to General Manager (HR), NPCC Limited, Plot No. 148, Sector-44, Gurugram – 122003, Haryana within the stipulated time. Hand delivery or email applications will not be accepted.
