Senior Programmer : Minimum 10 years of experience in international film festivals, content marketplaces, AVGC sector, or production houses.Senior Executive : Minimum 8 years in international media marketing, business development, film festivals, or AVGC sector.

Proven experience with international collaborations and government initiatives
Strong networks in global media/film sectors
Excellent communication and pitching skills
Understanding of co-production models
Familiarity with international platforms like Film Bazaar, Marché du Film, MIPTV, Annecy
Willingness for global travel
