The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the admit card for the Combined Defence Services Examination (CDS) II 2026. Candidates registered for the examination can now download their admit cards ahead of the written test scheduled for September 13, 2026.
The recruitment examination is being conducted for 451 vacancies across the Indian Military Academy, Indian Naval Academy, Air Force Academy and Officers’ Training Academy. The CDS examination provides eligible candidates an opportunity to join different branches of the Indian Armed Forces.

UPSC CDS (2) Selection Process
Candidates will be selected through the written examination followed by the SSB Interview/Personality Test. Candidates qualifying these stages will subsequently undergo document verification and medical examination as applicable.

Candidates can visit the official UPSC website at upsc.gov.in and open the admit card section. Select the Combined Defence Services Examination (II), 2026 admit card link and enter the required login details. After submitting the details, download the admit card and take a printout for the examination.
