Candidates with B.Tech or B.E. in Computer Science or Information Technology, BCA or MCA with at least 55 per cent marks were also eligible under the stated conditions.

Another accepted qualification route includes BBA or MBA in Banking, Finance or HR, or a full-time PGDM in Banking, Finance or HR from a recognized institution.

UPCISB Junior Manager Qualification

The educational eligibility for Junior Manager is similar to that prescribed for Manager posts. Candidates could qualify through Commerce or graduation with Economics, Mathematics or Statistics with at least 55 per cent marks and the required computer qualification.

Candidates possessing B.Tech/B.E. in CS or IT, BCA or MCA with at least 55 per cent marks were also eligible.

BBA, MBA or full-time PGDM qualifications in Banking, Finance or HR were additionally accepted under the recruitment conditions.

Assistant/Cashier Qualification

For Assistant/Cashier or Banking Assistant/Clerical Staff posts, candidates were required to possess a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 55 per cent marks from a recognized university or institution.

A minimum CCC certificate in computer was also mandatory for the post. Candidates progressing in the recruitment process should keep both their graduation and computer qualification certificates ready for verification.

Assistant/Typist Qualification

Applicants for Assistant/Typist posts were required to hold a graduation degree from a recognized university or institution.

Candidates also needed typing speeds of 30 words per minute in Hindi and 40 words per minute in English. A minimum CCC computer certificate was mandatory.

Since typing ability forms a specific eligibility requirement for this post, candidates should also be prepared for the prescribed typing assessment during the selection process.

Assistant Engineer Civil Qualification

Candidates applying for Assistant Engineer (Civil) posts were required to possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university or institution.

The prescribed age limit is 21 to 40 years as on January 1, 2026.
