AIAPGET 2026 Important Dates

Online applications for AIAPGET 2026 opened on July 10 and remained available until July 30, 2026. The deadline for payment of the examination fee was also July 30. NTA subsequently provided candidates with an application correction facility from August 1 to August 2.

The advance examination city information became available on August 13, while the entrance examination will take place on August 22, 2026. The AIAPGET admit card will be issued before the examination. The result declaration schedule will be announced separately by NTA.

AIAPGET 2026 Eligibility Criteria

AIAPGET 2026 is intended for candidates seeking admission to MD, MS and postgraduate diploma programmes in Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha and Homoeopathy.

Candidates should possess the applicable BAMS, BUMS, BSMS, BHMS or Graded BHMS qualification from a recognized university or institution. Applicants should also fulfil all other academic, registration and admission requirements prescribed under the applicable AIAPGET 2026 rules.

NTA AIAPGET 2026 Application Fee

The examination fee was ₹2,700 for candidates belonging to the General category. EWS and OBC-NCL candidates were required to pay ₹2,450, while the fee for SC, ST and PwD/PH candidates was ₹1,800.

The fee could be paid online through the payment methods made available during the application process, including debit card, credit card, internet banking and other supported electronic payment options.
